Refund policy

RETURNS OF ARTAN BALANCE BARRES:

You can return the barres for a refund, in this case the restocking fee of $30/ CA$40/ £25 will be charged. We will authorize the return once we receive this fee. 

  RETURN PROCESS

1. Email artanbalance@gmail.com to let us know you’d like to return your item(s).

2. The Return Authorizations Number will be issued if your return is approved*. Follow the instructions and ship your item to the return address we provide in our reply.

3. As soon as your return has been processed at our warehouse, we will send you an email on whether your returned item(s) are approved or rejected. If you are approved, the store credit will be issued and sent to you via email within 14 working days.

*The return of the barres will be approved once we receive the restocking fee.
